Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium-sized zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray (olive oil or coconut oil)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 225°C (450°F).
  • Wash the zucchini thoroughly and pat it dry with a paper towel. Cut off both ends of the zucchini.
  • Using a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife, thinly slice the zucchini into even rounds, about 1/8-inch thick. Ensure the slices are uniform for even baking.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika to create the seasoning mix.
  • Add the zucchini slices to the seasoning mix and toss gently until all the slices are coated evenly.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
  • Arrange the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.
