Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing the muffin tin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the muffin tin with cooking spray or oil to prevent sticking.
  • In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well beaten.
  • Add the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beaten eggs. Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly into each muffin cup, filling them about three-fourths full.
  • Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the egg muffins are fully cooked and lightly golden on top.
  • Remove the muffin tin from the oven and let the egg muffins cool for a few minutes.
  • Gently remove the egg muffins from the muffin tin and serve warm.
