Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 strips of bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preparing the Bacon:
    ► Place the bacon strips in a cold non-stick skillet.
    ► Turn on the heat to medium-low and cook the bacon until it becomes crispy. This should take about 5-7 minutes, flipping the bacon occasionally for even cooking.
    ► Once done, transfer the cooked bacon to a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb excess grease.
  • Cooking the Eggs:
    ► In the same skillet with the bacon grease, reduce the heat to low.
    ► Crack the eggs into the skillet, keeping the yolks intact.
    ► Season the eggs with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper.
    ► Cook the eggs until the egg whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your desired level of doneness. This should take about 3-5 minutes.
  • Serving:
    ► Carefully transfer the cooked eggs to a plate alongside the crispy bacon.
    ► Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or chives if desired.
