Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing the muffin tin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the muffin tin slots with cooking spray or oil to prevent sticking.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until they are well combined.
  • Add the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the eggs. Stir everything together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the greased muffin slots, filling each slot about 3/4 full.
  • Bake the egg muffins in the preheated oven for approximately 18-20 minutes or until they are set and slightly golden on top.
  • Once the muffins are cooked, remove the muffin tin from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  • Gently remove the egg muffins from the muffin tin and place them on a plate.
  • Serve the Cheddar and Broccoli Egg Muffins while they are still warm and enjoy!
